Studon has the reporting tools to ensure you are up-to-date with work going on in the field.  Our tools can be customized to your specific needs.  Alternately, if you have existing systems (whether custom or "off the shelf", our experience and with multiple construction and project management tools means that we can plug into your internal systems seamlessly.

Project Reporting – The information you need to make the right decisions. Studon’s state-of-the-art project management systems control and report: safety, procurement and labour, cost schedule and quality. From project forecasting and tracking earned progress to cost summary reports, we track and provide you the information you need.

Time & Attendance – Greater control and accuracy of information. Electronic time capture in the field: all employees are electronically scanned into a worksite and at the end of a work day scanned out.  Information is then downloaded directly into our system.  From this we can analyze hours spent in different portions of a facility and better track our productivity.  Errors are reduced on time tickets as information is only being handled once.

Field Tracker – Problem solve from even the most remote locations. Whether you’re powering a rural farm in prairie Alberta or powering a water treatment plant in the interior of British Columbia our online reporting tool allows you to view your Daily Project Reports and Daily Safety Reports in real time.  Site photos can be attached as well as any related documentation. This allows you to view your project's progress from anywhere in the world 24/7.

Truck Automation – Improved response time and even higher levels of service. Automated service trucks to allow for work orders to be generated on site as soon as work is completed.  Through our wireless network our service technicians have the capability to order material, install it and present the client with a work order, all from the service truck.
